How do I find if there is an amendment to an Act or a Statutory Instrument?
All amending legislation in force as at 31st December, 2016 is incorporated in the principal Act or Subsidiary Legislation. Amending legislation, if any, after that date will be located under each Act or Statutory Instrument, or by examining the lists of Acts or Statutory Instruments for each year.
What is a Corrigendum?
A Corrigendum is a document published in the Official Gazette that gives notice of corrections made to legislation or to such other relevant information as may be specified therein.
When will legislation be uploaded on the website?
Once legislation is enacted or made and gazette, it will be uploaded when received from Government Publications. If there is an amendment made which is not present on this site, please contact Government Publications.
Is the legislation that is uploaded directly from the Government Publication Department?

- the size of the electronic file; or
- the legislation having been incorporated into the consolidated revised text of the principal legislation.
Are there relevant notes pertaining to each law available on this website?
Legislation notes for both Acts and the Subsidiary legislation are found in the notes icon on the left-hand side. These legislation notes provide an overview pertaining to the Act or statutory instrument.
Located on the far end of the right side of the website are icons which display the categories and the commencement notes pertaining to the Act or statutory instrument.
