At this site, you can view the consolidated laws as they appear in the official loose-leaf volumes of the 2000 Revised Edition of the Statute Law and Subsidiary Legislation of The Bahamas updated to 31st December, 2009. Additionally many of the Acts passed and Subsidiary Legislation made from January 2010 to December 2020 appear on this website.

How do I find if there is an amendment to an Act or a Statutory Instrument?All amending legislation in force as at 31st December, 2009 is incorporated in the principal Act or Subsidiary Legislation. Any amending legislation, if any, after that date will be located under each Act or SI, or by examining the lists of Acts or SIs for each year.
When will the laws be next consolidated ?
