An Act to authorise the entering into of an agreement with Village Estates, Limited, in respect of an hotel in Soldier Road in the Eastern District of the Island of New Providence.

1. This Act may be cited as the Village Estates, Limited, Hotel Act.

2. The Governor in Council is hereby authorised to enter into an Agreement with Village Estates, Limited, in respect of the construction of an Hotel on the Eastern side of Soldier Road in the Eastern District of the Island of New Providence as if it were a new hotel within the meaning of theHotels Encouragement Act.
