enable Henryk Podlewski to Engage in Consulting and Private Practice as a

1. This Act
may be cited as the Henryk Podlewski (Private Practice) Act. | Short title. |
2. In this
Act- | Interpretation. |
"Psychiatrist"
means a specialist in that branch of medicine which deals with mental disorders. |
3. (1) Notwithstanding
the provisions of the Medical Department Act, or any other Act, it shall be
lawful for the Governor in Council to issue a certificate authorizing Henryk
Podlewski to engage in consulting and private practice as a Psychiatrist
subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified in the certificate. | Issue of certificate. |
(2) Such
certificate issued under the authority of sub section (1) of this section may
at any time be revoked, amended or altered by the Governor in Council. |
