An Act to validate certain instruments relating to "Shirley Heights" Sub-Division in the Eastern District of the Island of New Providence.

1. This Act may be cited as the Validation of Instruments Act.

2. Whenever in any conveyance, mortgage or other legal instrument executed either before or after the commencement of this Act, there is a reference or statement relating to any lot in Blocks 5 to 40 inclusive in the plan of the sub-division known as "Shirley Heights" situated in the Eastern District of the Island of New Providence and filed by New Providence Land Company Limited in the Office of the Surveyor General of the Bahama Islands or in the Crown Lands Office of The Bahamas and having the Number One hundred and Seventeen D the same shall be deemed to be a reference or statement relating to the plan filed by the said New Providence Land Company Limited in the said Crown Lands Office and having the Number One hundred and Seventeen F.
