An Act to facilitate the extension, reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Grand Bahama Club at West End, Grand Bahama.

1. This Act may be cited as the Grand Bahama Club (Extension, Reconstruction and Rehabilitation) Act.

2. The Grand Bahama Club, situate at West End in the Island of Grand Bahama, shall be deemed to be a "new hotel" in an Out Island within the meaning of, and for all the purposes of, the Hotels Encouragement Act, and Grand Bahama Properties, Limited, the owners of the said Grand Bahama Club, shall be deemed to be a promoter within the meaning of the said Act.
