An Act to validate certain conveyance of land situate in the Eastern District of the Island of New Providence and made on behalf of Camperdown Company Limited.

1. This Act may be cited as the Camperdown Company Limited Validation of Conveyance Act.

2. The indenture of conveyance (hereinafter referred to as "the said indenture") brief particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby made effective for all purposes and it shall be deemed to have conveyed to the purchaser in the said indenture named all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand of Camperdown Company Limited (a Company incorporated under the laws of the Bahama Islands which was removed by the Registrar General from the Register of Companies under The Removal of Defunct Companies Act on the 15th day of September, 1949) of and in the hereditaments described in and purported to be conveyed by the said indenture.

3. This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the date of the said indenture.
