1. This
Notice may be cited as the Public Disclosure Act (Application to Public
Appointees and Public Officers) Notice. | Citation. |
2. Subject
to the provisions of section 9 of the Public Disclosure Act, the said Act shall
apply to any- | Application of Act to public servants. |
(a) public
appointee or class of public appointee; |
(b) public
officer or class of public officer, specified in the Schedule. |
