1. This
Order may be cited as the Declaration of Pensionable Offices Order. | Title. |
2. The
public offices to which the salary groups and salary scales specified in the
Schedule to this Order apply according to the approved Estimates and
Expenditure for the year 1974 are hereby declared to be pensionable offices for
the purpose of the Pensions Act: | Declaration of pensionable offices. |
Provided that any
public office as aforesaid existing on the 1st day of July, 1967 is hereby
declared to have been a pensionable office for the purpose of the Pensions Act
with effect from that date. |
