1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Service (Offices of Responsibility) Notice.

2. The public offices set forth in the Schedule are hereby declared to be offices of responsibility for the purposes of section 16 of the Public Service Act and the descriptions of the offices set forth as aforesaid shall be interpreted with reference to the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure of The Bahamas, as approved, as from time to time in force.
