ORDER, 2004 |
The Attorney General in exercise
of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Criminal Justice (International
Co-operation) Act, makes the following order - |
1. This Order may be cited as
the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Enforcement of Overseas Forfeiture
Orders) (Amendment) Order, 2004. | Citation. |
2. Subparagraph (1) of paragraph
10 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Enforcement of
Overseas Forfeiture Orders), Order, 2002 is amended by the deletion of the
words "a magistrate's court" and the substitution therefor of the
words "the Supreme Court". | Amendment of paragraph 10 of SI 61
of 2002. |
