The Minister, in exercise of the
powers conferred by Section 5 of the Industries Encouragement Act, 1970, makes
the following Order - |
1. This Order may be cited as
The Industries Encouragement (Approved Manufacturer) (Nassau Industrial Gases)
Order, 2003. | Citation. |
2. Bahamas Food Packaging Limited
hereby declared, pursuant to applications made by the said company dated the
4th of October 2001, to be an Approved Manufacturer in relation to a factory at
Harold Road, New Providence, and the following products which were declared
Approved Products under the Industries Encouragement Act - | Approved Manufacturer. |

3. The date on which the
production of the Approved Products begins at the factory for the purposes of
this Act is the 30th day of February, 2003. | Date of Commencement of Production. |
