THE EMPLOYMENT ACT (AMENDMENT TO |
FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER, 2003 |
The Minister in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 50(2) of the Employment Act hereby makes the
following Order - |
1. This Order may be cited as
the Employment Act (Amendment to First Schedule) Order, 2003. | Citation. |
2. The First Schedule to the
Employment Act is amended by - | Amendment of First Schedule to No.
27 of 2001. |
(a) the deletion of the full-stop
appearing at the end of paragraph (d) and the substitution of a
semicolon; and |
(b) the insertion immediately
following paragraph (d) of the following new paragraph - |
"(e) any film as may be approved
by the Minister.". |
