BUSINESS LICENCE (APPLICATION) (AMENDMENT) |
REGULATIONS, 2004 |
The Minister, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 21 of the Business Licence Act makes the following regulations

1. These regulations may be
cited as the Business Licence (Application) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004. | Citation. |
2. Regulation 4 of the Business
Licence (Application) Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words
"five hundred thousand dollars" and the substitution therefor of the
words "one million dollars". | Amendment of regulation 4 of Sub.
Leg. vol. V. Ch. 329-3. |
