ORDER, 2002 |
In exercise of the powers
conferred by section 13 of the Animal Contagious Diseases Act, the Minister
makes the following Order - |
1. This Order may be cited as
the Animal Contagious Diseases (Prohibition of Meat Imports) (Amendment) Order,
2002. | Citation. |
2. Paragraph 2 of the Animal
Contagious Diseases (Prohibition of Meat Imports) Order is amended by the
deletion of the words “France” and “Ireland” and the insertion of the word
“Denmark”. | Amendment of paragraph 2 of Sub.
Leg. Vol. IV , Pg. 2287. |
