(PORTS OF ENTRY) NOTICE, 2006 |
The Minister, in exercise of the powers
conferred upon him by section 6(1) of the Customs Management Act, issues the
following Notice ‑ |
1.(1) This Notice may be cited as the
Customs Management (Ports of Entry) Notice, 2006. | Citation and commencement. |
(2) This Notice shall come into
force on the 20th day of March, 2006. |
2.(1) The place mentioned in Part I
of the Schedule is hereby appointed a port of entry for the reporting, cargo
loading and unloading of vessels. | Ports of entry. |
(2) The place mentioned in Part II
of the Schedule is hereby appointed a port of entry for the reporting, cargo
loading and unloading of aircraft. |
