(EXTENSION OF TIME FOR VERIFICATION |
OF IDENTITY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER,
2002 |
The Minister, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 6(6) of the Financial Transactions Reporting Act hereby
makes the following Order - |
1. This Order may be cited as
the Financial Transactions Reporting Act (Extension of Time for Verification of
Identity) (Amendment) Order, 2002. | Citation. |
2. Paragraph 2 of the Financial
Transaction Reporting Act (Extension of Time for Verification of Identity)
Order 2001 is amended by the deletion of the words “30th day of
June, 2002” and the substitution therefor of the words “31st day of
December, 2002”. | Amendment of S.I. No. 170 of 2001. |
