MOTOR VEHICLE AND SPEED LIMIT |
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2006 |
The Minister, in exercise of the powers
conferred upon him by section 26 of the Road Traffic Act, makes the following
Regulation – |
1. This Regulation may be cited
as the Motor Vehicle and Speed Limit (Amendment) Regulations, 2006. | Citation. |
2. Regulation 6(1)(h) is amended
by inserting after the word “background” occurring therein the words “in the
case of Judges of the Supreme Court and figures painted in blue on white
background in the case of Judges of the Court of Appeal”. | Amendment of Regulation 6. Ch. 220. |
