S.I. No. 61 of 2005

             The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Road Traffic Act makes the following regulations -

Freeport International Airport

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama starting at the unnamed Road situated in front of the International section of the Grand Bahama International Airport Building, thence Westward the Queens Cove Subdivision, thence Eastward, encompassing along Queens Cove Road, on to an un-named Road in front of the Private section of the Grand Bahama International Airport Flight Services thence Eastward to the un-named Road situated in front of the Domestic Flight Section to the roundabout at the junction of the Mall Drive and Grand Bahama Highway to the point of commencement.

Down Town

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama starting at Royal Palm Hotel situated at the East Mall Drive and Settlers Way, thence Southward along East Mall Drive to the Island Palm Hotel at the junction of East Mall and Explorers Way, thence Westward along Explorers Way to West Mall Drive to Pioneers Way, thence Eastward on Pioneers Way to East Mall Drive, thence Northward along East Mall Drive to the junction of Explorers Way to the point of commencement.

International Bazaar

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama starting at the Government Complex on East Mall Drive and thence South along East Mall Drive to the Castaways Hotel, thence Westward along an un-named Road at the Back of the International Bazaar Shopping Center and encompassing the Crown Plaza Hotel and Holiday Inn Sun Spree at South Mall Drive and Sunrise Highway East Section, thence Northward to the Royal Islander Hotel at East Mall Drive to the point of commencement.

Xanadu Beach

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama Starting at South Mall from Wood Bourn Resort thence Southward to Bahama Boulevard and thence Westward to Pinta Avenue thence Southward to Sunken Treason Drive at the Xanadu Beach Hotel and from South Mall Drive thence Eastward along Bahama Boulevard and Southward along Glover Lane to Kelly Court thence Westward in front of Knowles Marina and ship yard thence Southward on Kelly Court to the Running Mon Marina to the point of commencement.

Port Lucaya

             All that Part of Freeport Grand Bahama at the Bell Channel Inn on King's Court thence South Westward along Kent Road at the South side of Victoria Inn thence Southward to Midshipman Drive thence Eastward at the junction of Seahorse Road and Midshipman Road along Seahorse Road and thence North East along Bell Channel Bay Road along the front of the Port Lucaya Resort and Yacht Club thence Southward to Seahorse Road along the front at Port Lucaya Shopping and Market Place, Pelican Bay Hotel, around the circle thence Westward along Seahorse Road along the front of the Westin and Sheraton Hotels at Our Lucaya to Royal Palm Road thence Southwestward along Royal Palm Drive to Royal Palm Way thence Southward on Royal Palm way to the Coral Beach Hotel to the point of commencement.

Taino Beach

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama, starting at Midshipman Drive thence East along West Beach Drive to Smith's Point along the High Water Mark thence Westward along West Beach along the Public Beach name Taino Beach and Stone Crab Restaurant to Jolly Rodger Drive thence Southward on the Jolly Rodger Drive along pass the Ritz Hotel and Taino Beach Restaurant to the point of commencement.

Club Fortuna

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama starting at Midshipman Drive thence Eastward along Churchill Drive to Dubloon Road thence Northward along the front entrance of Club Fortuna Resort and Return to the point of commencement.

Garden of the Groves and North Star Resort

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama starting at Midshipman Drive and Fortune Bay thence Eastward on Fortune Bay Drive thence Eastward on Fortune Bay Drive to the North Star Resort thence Westward along Fortune Bay Drive to Midshipman Drive thence Westward along a un-named Road into the Garden of the Groves to the point of commencement.

Lucayan Harbour

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama Starting at Queens High Way entrance of Freeport Power Plant, South to a un-named Road leading into the Lucayan Harbour at the high Water mark thence Westward and to the point of commencement.

Container Port

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama starting at the Fishing Hole Road thence Westward to Warren J. Levarity Highway along an un-named Road Southward to the point of commencement.

Eight-Mile Rock

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama and Eight Mile Rock starting at the Warren J. Lavarity Highway thence Southward to the Junction of Queens Highway Eight Mile Rock which runs Westward through a number of settlements and Holmes Rock to the point of commencement.

West End

             All that part of Freeport Grand Bahama starting at the Holmes Rock at Queens Highway hence Westward through Bootle Bay onto West End Settlement to the point of commencement.
