(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2002 |
The Minister in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 44 of the Immigration Act, makes the following
regulations - |
1. These regulations may be
cited as the Immigration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2002. | Citation. |
2. The Schedule to the
Immigration (Fees) Regulations is amended by the insertion immediately following
paragraph 5A of the following new paragraph - | Amendment to Schedule of Sub. Leg.
Vol. 11, pg. 1274. |

“ 5B. For a Permanent Residence
certificate for a person to whom section 7 of The Bahamas Nationality Act
applies (not including a person referred to in the Proviso to that section)
