REGULATIONS, 2005 |
The Minister, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 5 (2) p of the Civil Aviation Act makes the
following regulations - |
1. These regulations may be
cited as the Landing, Parking, Tie-Down and Air Navigation (Fees and Charges)
(Government Aerodromes) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005. | Citation. |
2. Paragraph (2) of regulation 1
of the Landing, Parking, Tie-Down and Air Navigation (Fees and Charges)
(Government Aerodromes) Regulations, 2005 is repealed and replaced by the
following: | Amendment of regulation 1 (2) S.I.
49 of 2005. |
"(2)These regulations shall come
into force on the 1st day of October, 2005." |
