THE IMMIGRATION (GENERAL)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2003

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Immigration Act,
makes the following regulations -
|
1.(1)
These Regulations, which amend the Immigration (General) Regulations, may be cited as
the Immigration (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003.
|
Citation and commencement.
|
(2)
These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 2003.
|
2.
The First Schedule to the Immigration (General) Regulations is amended by the
deletion of Form XII and the substitution therefor of the following form -
