INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) |
RULES, 2004 |
The Minister in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 58 of the Industrial Property Act hereby makes the
following rules - | Vol. V, Ch. 324-3. |
1. These Rules may be cited as
the Industrial Property (Amendment) Rules, 2004. | Citation. |
2. The First Schedule to the
Industrial Property Rules is amended - | Amendment of First Schedule to Sub.
Leg. |
(a) by the deletion of item 1 and the
particulars relating thereto and the substitution therefor of the following - |
