(SECOND SCHEDULE EXTENSION OF
TIME) ORDER, 2004 |
The Governor-General in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 2 of the Family Islands Economic Enterprises Zones
Act makes the following order - |
1.(1) This order may be cited as the
Family Islands Economic Enterprises Zones (Second Schedule Extension of Time)
Order, 2004. | Citation and commencement. |
(2) This order shall come into
force on the 1st day of July, 2004. |
2. The exemption specified in
paragraph 3 (1) shall continue for a period of one year commencing on the 1st
day of July, 2004 and ending on the 30th day of June, 2005. | Extension of time. |
