THE CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, |
2003 |
The Minister, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 153 of the Customs Management Act, makes the
following regulations - |
1. These Regulations may be
cited as the Customs (Amendment) Regulations, 2003. | Citation. |
2. Regulation 91 of the Customs
Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “one hundred dollars” and
the substitution therefor of the words “three hundred dollars”. | Amendment of regulation 91 of Sub.
