THE BOAT REGISTRATION (YACHT) AMENDMENT |
RULES, 2003 |
Enacted by the Parliament of The Bahamas. |
This Minister in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 21 of the Boat Registration Act makes the following
Rules - |
1. These Rules may cited as the
Boat Registration (Yacht) (Amendment) Rules, 2003. | Citation. |
2. The Second Schedule to the
Boat Registration (Yacht) Rules is repealed and replaced by the following - | Repeal and replacement of Second
Schedule. Sub. Leg. Vol. IV Ch. 277-13. |
