THE BOAT REGISTRATION |
(AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE) ORDER,
2003 |
The Minister, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Boat Registration Act makes the
following - |
1. This Order which amends the
Boat Registration Act may be cited as the Boat Registration (Amendment to
Schedule) Order, 2003. | Citation. Ch. 277. |
2. The First Schedule to the
principal Act is repealed and replaced by the following - | Repeal and replacement of First
Schedule to the principal Act. |
