THE CUSTOMS (AMENDMENT) |
REGULATIONS, 2004 |
The Minister in exercise of the
powers conferred by sections 56, 82 and 151 of the Customs Management Act makes
the following regulations - |
1. These regulations may be
cited as the Customs (Amendment) Regulations, 2004. | Citation. |
2. Paragraph (d) of regulation
92 of the Customs Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words
"three per centum" and the substitution therefor of the words
"seven per centum." | Amendment of regulation 92 of Sub.
