THE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) |
RULES, 2003 |
The Minister, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 58 of the Industrial Property Act, hereby makes the
following rules - |
1. These Rules may be cited as
the Industrial Property (Amendment) Rules, 2003. | Citation. |
2. The First Schedule to the
Industrial Property Act is amended by the deletion of the figures “9.00”
appearing in respect of item 14 and the substitution therefor of the figures
“14.00”. | Amendment of First Schedule to Sub.
