REGULATIONS, 2006 |
The Minister in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 5 of the Civil Aviation Act makes the following
regulations - |
1. These Regulations which amend
the Nassau International Airport (Miscellaneous Fees) Regulations may be cited
as the Nassau International Airport (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2006. | Citation. Sub. Leg. Vol IV Ch. 284-689. |
2. Regulation 1 of the principal
Regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “Nassau International
Airport” and the substitution of the words “the Lynden Pindling International
Airport”. | Amendment of regulation. 1 of the
principal Regulations. |
3. Regulation 2 of the principal
regulations is amended by the deletion of the words “Nassau International
Airport” wherever those words appear and the substitution of the words “Lynden Pindling
International Airport”. | Amendment of regulation 2 of the
principal Regulations. |
4. The First, Second, Third and
Fourth Schedules of the principal Regulations are amended by deletion of the
words “Nassau International Airport” wherever those words appear and the
substitution therefor of the words “Lynden Pindling International Airport”. | Amendment of Schedules of principal
regulations. |
