2) NOTICE, 2006 |
The Minister, in exercise of the powers
conferred upon him by section 6(1) of the Customs Management Act, issues the following
Notice - |
1.(1) This Notice may be cited as the
Customs Management (Ports of (Amendment) (No. 2) Notice, 2006. | Citation and commencement |
(2) This Notice shall come into
force on the 1st day of July, 2006. |
2. The Schedule is amended in
Part I by the addition of the following as ports of entry for the reporting,
cargo loading and unloading of aircrafts and vessels - | Amendment to schedule. |
