ORDER, 2002 |
The Minister, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 6(6) of the Financial Transactions Reporting Act
hereby makes the following Order - |
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the
Financial Transactions Reporting Act (Extension of Time for Verification of
Identity) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2002. |
(2) This Order shall come into
force on the 1st day of January, 2003. |
2. Paragraph 2 of the principal
Order is amended by the deletion of the words “31st day of December,
2002” and the substitution therefor of the words “31st day of
December, 2003”. |
