AND CONSERVATION) (AMENDMENT) |
REGULATIONS, 2003 |
The Minister in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 19 of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and
Conservation) Act, hereby makes the following regulations - |
1. These Regulations may be
cited as the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation)(Amendment)
Regulations, 2003. | Citation. |
2. Regulation 35 of the
Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Regulations is amended - | Amendment of regulation 35 of Sub.
Leg. Vol. IV, Ch. 244 - 3. |
(a) by the renumbering of the
paragraph as paragraph (1); and |
(b) by the insertion immediately after
paragraph (1) of the following new paragraph - |
“(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), no
person shall take, land, process, sell or offer for sale any fish commonly
known as `the Nassau Grouper' during the periods 1st January, 2004 -
31st January, 2004 and 16th December, 2004 - 16th
February, 2005.”. |
