1. This Act may be cited as the
Appropriation (National Insurance Board Loan Repayment) Act, 2005. | Short title. |
2.(1) There may be paid out of the
Treasury upon the authority of a warrant under the hand of the Minister of
Finance, during the financial year commencing 1st day of July, 2004 the several
sums of money mentioned in subsection (2) for the repayment of loans to the
National Insurance Board. | Authority for payment. |
(2) In the financial year referred
to in subsection (1), not more than twenty-five million, eight hundred and
ninety four thousand, two hundred and sixty two dollars and seventy-eight cents
may be paid in total under the provisions of this section in respect of the
entities listed in the Schedule. |
