AN ACT TO AMEND THE STAMP DUTY |

1. This Act may be cited as the
Stamp (Amendment) Act, 2003. | Short title. |
2. The Second Schedule to the
Stamp Act is amended by the insertion of the following item - | Amendment of Second Schedule to Ch.
370. |

“Every set of import entries direct or
ex-warehouse in respect of gold or silver bullion and loose gem stones for
manufacturers registered under item 8 of the Fourth Schedule to the Tariff
Act or the Industries Encouragement Act.

two percent of the value of the goods entered
or declared thereon.
