AN ACT TO AMEND THE FINANCIAL |
TRANSACTIONS REPORTING ACT, 2000 |

1.(1) This Act may be cited as the
Financial Transactions Reporting (Amendment) Act, 2002. | Short title and commencement. |
(2) This Act shall come into force
on the 1st day of January, 2003. |
2. Subsection (6) of section 6
of the principal Act is amended by the deletion of the words “for a further
period of up to twelve months” appearing in paragraphs (b) and (c) and the
substitution therefor of the words “for a further period of up to twenty-four
