AN ACT TO AMEND THE PERPETUITIES
ACT |

Enacted by the Parliament of The
Bahamas. |
1.(1) This Act may be cited as the
Perpetuities (Amendment) Act, 2004. | Short title and commencement. |
(2) This Act shall come into
operation on such day as the Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette,
appoint. |
2. The Perpetuities Act is
amended by the deletion of the word "eighty" wherever it appears
therein and the substitution therefor of the words "one hundred and
