The Bahamas Government Printing Department is responsible for printing all parliamentary and statutory publications including Acts and Statutory Instruments.

The Government Publications Department is the official authoritative catalogue of official government publications in The Bahamas.

Although other websites produce electronic versions of Statute Laws of The Bahamas and enables users to download copies of such Laws, these are not official documents.

International users may purchase official copies of all publications as well as the most recent consolidated version of the Laws on CD Rom by certified cheque, bank draft or postal money order in US currency made payable to 'The Public Treasury' addressed to the attention of the Secretary to Cabinet, Cabinet Office at:
