With effect from the 24^th day of July 2006, the full text of all Acts as contained in the 2000 Revised Edition of the Statute Law of The Bahamas are available via this website for read only purposes. The web pages for the Subsidiary Legislation are also available.

Additionally, a listing of all Acts and Statutory Instruments from 2002 are available via this website, as well as selected texts in each year.

The aim is to publish all new Acts and selected Statutory Instruments of The Parliament of The Bahamas on this website within fourteen (14) days of their publication. However, any document which is especially complex in terms of its size or its typography may take longer to prepare.
